Q: What methods of payment do you accept?

We accept VISA and MasterCard payments though our website or alternatively you can email our admin team to arrange payment by Money Order or direct deposit.

Q: Is connectmyhome.com.au a secure shopping website?

Definitely! Our site is equipped with all necessary security measures including the latest and advanced online gateway powered by Securepay

 Q: Is telephone purchasing available?

If you prefer conducting business over the telephone, please call 1300 559 881 during business hours (Monday to Friday 9am-5pm AEST) and one of our friendly staff will be happy to process your order.

Q: Do Connect My Home products come with official Australian manufacturers' warranty?

Absolutely, All Connect My Home products are backed by our 12 month Australian Limited Warranty. Please have a look at our Limited Warranty in the Support Section of this website.

Q: Do you have a returns policy?

Yes we do, please find our Returns Policy in the support section of this website.  Under Consumer Protection Law, we do not accept returns for "change of mind" or if you order incorrectly. 

 
DELIVERY

Q: Can I pickup my order?

Yes - our warehouse is located at 72 Junction Road, Karalee, Queensland (near the Karalee Shopping Centre)

Q: Can I be informed when my item is dispatched so that I can be at home for delivery?

On completion of your order, you will receive an email detailing the date of Despatch, Estimated Time of Arrival and your Tracking no.

You can enter your Tracking Number into the Australia Post website, www.austpost.com.au/eparcel (use the Domestic parcels & Consignment No. Options) to track and trace your item in transit.

Please ensure that someone will be on site at the delivery address to sign for your parcel. Wherever possible, we suggest using a work address or somewhere that there will be someone present to sign.

 Q: How do I find out the postage cost for my item?

Please put your desired product or products in the checkout basket by simply clicking 'Add to Cart' on the product. You will be informed of all Postage & Handling Charges during the checkout process.

Q: How long will delivery to my selected address take?

Delivery is usually within 5-10 working days. Overnight Post is also available (depending on the item and location) for a small extra charge. Feel free to call 1300 559 881 or email support@connectmyhome.com.au to find out any other details.
