Refund & Returns Policy
Other than in accordance with Connect My Homes’ ‘Limited Warranty’ (available as a pdf in the ‘Product Support’ section of our website), Connect My Home Pty Ltd does not provide refunds.  No refunds are available for a customers ‘change of mind’.
Other than in accordance with Warranty terms, Connect My Home Pty Ltd will only accept the return of Goods that have been supplied incorrectly.  All returns must have a “Return Authorisation Number” prior to being shipped to Connect My Home.  Any goods received that do not have a Connect My Home “R.A number” will be refused and ‘Return to Sender’ implemented.  In order to facilitate a return under these Terms and Conditions, please email support@connectmyhome.com.au.  The customer must comply with directions from Connect My Home staff to facilitate a return.  Returned Goods must be returned in their original packaging with all accessories and must be in a re-saleable condition.
It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure that returned items are returned safely.  Connect My Home Pty Ltd takes no responsibility for items lost or damaged in transit.  Damage caused during shipping is not covered under warranty terms and no responsibility is accepted by Connect My Home Pty Ltd.
This refund policy does not apply to goods which have been used, damaged after delivery, or if any attempt has been made to alter the product or if they have been dropped or broken.  All products must be returned in their original condition.  All postage and insurance costs are to be paid by the buyer.
We recommend that you return the product via Registered post and that you pre pay all postage.  You assume any risk of loss, theft or damaged goods during transit; we therefore advise you take out shipment registration of insurance with your postal carrier.
